Xinlora serves retailers, distributors and other business buyers looking for travel accessories and soft-sided carry goods. Start with the catalog and send us the SKUs and quantities you are considering.
1. Choose your assortment
Browse the product categories and note the exact SKU and option. Let us know if you need different sizes, colors, packaging or a sample. Availability of these requests is assessed for the specific item; customization is not automatically included.
2. Request your quotation
Send your company name, contact email, product list, quantities and destination. We confirm availability, supplied materials and dimensions, minimum quantities, unit prices, packaging, freight and estimated lead time in the quotation.
3. Review the full order
Catalog prices are indicative unit prices in USD, excluding freight, import duties and destination taxes unless expressly included. They are not a binding wholesale offer. Quantity pricing and mixed-item orders depend on the confirmed supply arrangement. There is no universal minimum order quantity across the catalog.
4. Confirm and pay
Payment is requested only for an agreed order after the supply details have been confirmed. Follow the invoice and the payment methods actually available for your order. Keep the confirmation and payment receipt.
5. Shipping and after-sales support
The order confirmation sets out dispatch and transit estimates. Freight method, tracking availability and any special handling are agreed before payment. Refer to our Shipping and Returns policies for further information.
