Xinlora requests payment only after the supplied specification, availability, order quantity, full price and shipping terms have been confirmed. An inquiry or automatic acknowledgment is not an accepted order.
Available payment methods
The invoice or secure checkout shows the methods enabled for your particular order. Where PayPal is available, follow the official PayPal checkout. Card and digital-wallet options appear only where supported by the payment provider, account, device and location. A payment logo alone is not a promise that a method is available.
Currency and charges
Catalog guide prices are in USD. The final invoice or checkout identifies the charge currency, product subtotal, freight and any taxes included before you confirm payment. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion or other charges under its own terms.
Payment security
Do not send card details, payment passwords or verification codes by email, WeChat, WhatsApp or Telegram. Check the merchant and total on the payment page. If you receive an unexpected request to change payment details, verify it with [email protected] before paying.
Order and payment support
Keep your order confirmation and transaction reference. Contact us if a payment appears duplicated or an order status is unclear. Refund requests are reviewed under the Returns, Exchanges & Refunds policy and the applicable payment-provider process.
