Shipping is quoted for the confirmed product selection, order quantity and exact destination. A country or currency selection does not guarantee that a delivery service is available to every address.
Before dispatch
Before payment we confirm the product specification, supply availability, packing requirements, dispatch estimate, transport method and freight charge. We do not apply a single dispatch promise to every catalog item. Any agreed production, consolidation or processing period is stated in the written order confirmation.
Transport options and charges
Depending on the order and destination, parcel, express or freight services may be proposed. Shipping charges depend on actual or volumetric weight, carton dimensions, service level and destination. Free delivery, insurance or duties-paid delivery is included only when expressly stated in your quotation.
Customs, taxes and documentation
The quotation identifies which shipping and import charges are included. Charges not expressly included may be payable by the recipient, including import duties, taxes, brokerage or local handling. Buyers must provide accurate recipient and delivery details and advise us of required commercial documentation before order confirmation.
Tracking and delivery estimates
We provide the carrier and tracking or freight reference when available for the agreed service. Transit dates are estimates unless a guaranteed service has been expressly agreed. Customs, weather, holidays, remote areas and carrier disruption can affect delivery.
