Catalog and quotations
The catalog describes product options for wholesale inquiry. Prices are indicative and availability is confirmed separately. The written quotation and order confirmation specify the supplied dimensions, materials, configuration, quantities, packaging, freight and delivery terms. Images alone do not establish a material grade, certification, performance standard or brand affiliation.
Order acceptance
An inquiry, catalog listing or automatic acknowledgment is not an accepted order. An order proceeds after we confirm the supply details and the buyer approves the written commercial terms. A quotation is valid for the period stated in it; if none is stated, request confirmation before relying on the price.
Prices and payment
The final invoice or checkout states the charge currency and included amounts. Freight, import duties and local taxes are not included unless expressly stated. We correct obvious errors and contact you before proceeding with a changed price. Use only the payment methods confirmed for the order.
